They were all very professional and extremely easy to work with, I felt comfortable approaching the team assigned to me.. I was able to make my own decisions and I felt like I was heard when we spoke. I never felt pressured during the home sell process. The team approach they use was new to me, but once things started to get rolling I felt like it is a good concept. They have a great program for giving back to the community which was really nice to learn about.

We were competing in one of the most difficult markets to buy a home. We were so thankful that we used High Performance Real Estate Advisors to help us. They used creative and strategic ways to set us apart from others, were very responsive, and quickly set up showings. Once we were under contract, the transaction team did a incredible job getting us to closing. We were so impressed. We are so thankful we used them.

We decided to not sell our home because of medical reasons. We requested that High Performance Real Estate take our home of the market and cancel our contract with them. Their reply was we will let you out of the contract if you pay $1500 per the terms of the contract. Obvious;y we did not read all of the contract due to the massive length and terms included and the $1500 fee was not verbally disclosed to us during the contract review with the agent. We were advised that if they leave our house on MLS for the duration of the contract (6 MONTHS) that they would not charge us the $1500. By the way the 6 Months duration was also not disclosed to us verbally. We agreed to let them continue to list our property for the entire 6 months with a no showings clause. Bottom line - Beware of their contract and READ it all despite them trying to rush you through the contract signing.

We absolutely loved working with HPREA and every person we interacted with there. They were all very hard workers yet available any time we had questions. We first met with Brian and Heather who explained the process and what we could expect from working with them. They also explained to us that after doing research, our house was worth quite a bit more than we had anticipated! I was thankful to have someone experienced who made sure we were getting a fair deal. They have several different programs to give back to those in the community, which I really liked as well. Our house went on the market quickly and we accepted an offer within 48 hours. Brian and Heather walked us through each offer and let us know their thoughts, but ultimately left it up to us to accept what we thought was best.
